Order Cancellation

Canceling the order by ALMANEA: ALMANEA.sa has the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

Refusal / non-acceptance of the payment process

The client delayed the payment for more than (1) one hour through the SADAD Payment System.

If the delivery address given by the customer was wrong, the contact information was wrong, or in case of lack of ability to reach the customer.

Exceptions

Programs and video games are not returnable

When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with full attached accessories and instructions manual.

We do not accept return products containing scratches or those that have been damaged due to misuse or malfunction caused by using non-conforming volts.

We have the right to agree to accept returning products that do not meet the above criteria.

Guarantee, maintenance, and repair

The products sold by us are guaranteed by the manufacturer's warranty for two years. Factory warranty effect begins from the date of purchase.

You should read the owner's manual before using the product to ensure its conformity with safety and security standards and local electrical requirements.

All electrical devices that we sell are designed to run in the range of 220-240 volts unless otherwise specified. If you do not have the appropriate range to run the product using this voltage / electrical source, we advise you not to use the product. The damaged products due to the use of the wrong electrical source will not be accepted under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.

All the products sold in our shops have passed quality checks and are considered ready for use when shipped. If there is any problem with the product after (7) days of your receipt of the product, we recommend you contact the manufacturer-authorized center directly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to ask for reforming of the product.

It is not allowed to return or replace personal care devices.

Air conditioners installation service :

In the case of split conditioners stated in the invoice, each air conditioner shall have one hole and 4 meters of copper for free, the price for exceeding is: 57.5 SR/meter, and in case of free stand or cassette conditioners: 1115 SR/meter, provided that the installation place include the following :

Electricity on-site of installation and the wall shall not be concrete, and in case of concrete wall or roof, then the customer shall make the hole himself.

In the case of window conditioners in the invoice, the customer shall provide the following :

The conditioner place shall be completely empty, and have its internal wooden frame, the installation hole height shall not exceed 2 meters from the ground, In case of a hole height is more than mentioned, the company is not responsible for installation. Electricity is needed directly next to the hole.

Warranty is subject to agency terms, and is terminated if the invoice origin is lost.

Department of Computer and Technology :

Replacement or return is allowed only for mobile phones, computers, tablets, and digital cameras under the following conditions :
