*Terms and Conditions

  • Customers can use Tamara as a payment method at all Al-Manea showrooms, as well as on the website and app within Saudi Arabia.
  • Customers may split the total invoice amount into 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, or 12 installments when selecting Tamara as the payment option.
  • Tamara is available for all products except gift cards.
  • The minimum invoice amount for using Tamara is 200 SAR, while the maximum is 25,000 SAR.
  • Al-Manea’s exchange and return policy applies to purchases made through Tamara.
  • Purchases made via Tamara cannot be refunded in cash or through gift cards; returns and refunds must be processed exclusively through Tamara.
  • Al-Manea is not responsible for any obligations or claims that may arise regarding the customer’s account or payment transactions in the Tamara app. For technical issues on Tamara’s website or app, please contact Tamara customer service directly.
  • If payment is split into 4 or more installments, administrative fees will be added by Tamara. No administrative fees are charged for 2 or 3 installments. For more details about fees, please contact Tamara.
  • Administrative fees are displayed during payment on Tamara’s website or app.
  • If an order is fully canceled or returned, all administrative fees will be refunded. In cases of partial cancellation or return, only a portion of the fees will be refunded.
  • Tamara cannot be combined with any other payment method; when selected, the full invoice amount must be paid exclusively through Tamara.
  • Installment values may vary depending on the customer’s credit history and assessment. For more information, please contact Tamara.
  • The mobile number registered with Absher must be used to complete the purchase via Tamara.
  • Customers are required to pay all due installments to Tamara.

  • Anyone aged 18 or older is eligible to use Tamara for purchases, subject to the terms outlined above:

  • These specific terms and conditions, as well as any amendments from time to time, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
